I also now have a staph infection (mersa) obtained while caring for this woman's husband in good faith. She promised to pay after New Years which would allow me to stop the foreclosure, but again failed. Pray for a miracle to keep our home, otherwise me and 2 daughters will be in the street.
Most important is Patrick's legal miracle. Pray for favor and that these charges are never filed.

Also. My daughter just informed me that her daughter Cassandra has been having real difficulties. It is too complicated to go into here, but the children were taken from my daughter years ago through a manufactured case. We fought for years but the case was fixed with the local d.a. Last year we had another attorney go into court and finally she could see Cassandra. 2 other children Leia, 20 and Christopher 18 are almost grown, but still suffer the psychological scars of being ripped literally from their mothers arms when only small children. Cassandra is 12 and wants to be with her mother.
He has since remarried and had another baby was was diverted with his "new life". It was fine for awhile. Cassandra could finally be with her mother and was so happy when I picked her up and she could see this side of the family. Her attitude, appearance improved and she began to be happy. For about a year this was wonderful.
Then my daughter was forced to move in with me due to financial problems and all the stress of the legal problems in her past. At that moment he informed her he knew she was living with me. He hates me. Cassandra became despondent, fearful again and on edge all the time. Over a couple of months you could see her turning back into the way she was before her mother was seeing her. Then all of a sudden he refused to let her be picked up even though there was a court order. He is so connected with local authorities that he is "above the law" and does not have to comply. The police refused to intervene and finally a court date was set off 2 months in the distance.
By then his venom had taken it's toll on Cassandra and she was not even the same girl as with her mother. She was totally in fear and somehow she was (I believe because of threats to her mother and me by her dad), subdued and gave up and gave in to him. Basically the next thing the courts again took away all her rights and said only under supervised visitation can her mother see her. I could not believe it. This has been going on for years. What kind of power and connections to the d. a. does this man have. Obviously big. Now. she cannot see her mother or this side of the family.
My oldest granddaughter Leia ( the one with the psuedo tumor), no doubt brought on by years of psychological torture and abuse at the hands of her dad and the separation she was forced to endure from her mother, gets to see Cassandra and tells her mother that Cassandra is in real trouble. Failing in school, getting in trouble, was caught shoplifting and worse has started "cutting" herself. These are signs of acting out and a cry for help. My granddaughter wants to be with her mother, me and our family and this EVIL is causing her great pain and suffering as well as to her older sister Leia (who was basically the mother all those years). And the pain and hurt my daughter Renae had in her eyes when she found out was unbearable. Why is this happening to us, she said.
Why is this happening to us?
This family needs Satan bound and relief from this evil and restoration and healing. Please pray for this miracle and protection to Cassandra and that she again by the summer be with her mother. I would pray permanently with not even being near her dad again, the source of the influence.
I know this is rambling and scattered, but I just found this out a week ago and added to the other prayer request it is just too much. I myself wonder why?
I ache for our family to be restored, made whole, free, healthy, happy and blessed. They do not deserve to endure this evil and this torture. Please pray for our miracles.
